Gateway is Uplaunch’s complete admissions counselling program for students applying to universities in India or abroad. It includes counselling, university and course shortlisting, documentation support, visa assistance, interview preparation and relocation and financial guidance.

Is there a processing fee ?

Yes. There is a nominal processing fee that depends on the countries selected, university selected, the student profile and number of applications to be processed. The counsellor will inform the processing fee after screening candidate profile and after university and course selection. The initial GATEWAY-Initiate Call is free of charge.

Is the processing fee refundable?

No. The Gateway processing fee is non-refundable because our team would start working on the student profile, university and course shortlisting and the application documentation immediately once the candidate registers with us.

How long does the Gateway admission process take?

For International intakes: timelines are aligned with university deadlines. We adjust the pace based on your needs.

What documents will I need?

Typically:

• ID proof

• Work experience letters (if applicable)
